I write Aptiv’s monthly newsletter, and I initiated a new, targeted email campaign called Aptiv Insights Alerts, that are sent to subscribers based on the subscriber’s topics of interest shortly after new content publishes.
Since it began, the click-to-open rate has doubled, compared to our broad monthly newsletter — suggesting the targeted approach delivers more relevant content.
