Problem: As an industrial computer manufacturer, Global American designs and builds large custom orders for various safety-critical industries. Their old website was confusing and generated lots of low-quality leads with many visitors only wanting to purchase individual parts, even though they aren’t equipped for one-off eCommerce sales.
Solution: I rewrote the website copy and oversaw the adaptation of the core message across display ads, social posts, and email to help communicate their value to the right customers.
